For the most part Orkin has been a good experience. I have had 1 negative experience and that was not my regular person. He went to the wrong apartment. This month was not as good an experience as normal. My scheduled appointment was between 8:00 and 10:00 am and he didn’t show up until later in the afternoon. That being said, even though he could not get in the house to treat as normal, he did treat the outside area and the windows.

Great service, very friendly, professional and always goes above and beyond! My dryer hose popped off up in the attic causing lint to go in attic vs outdoors he attached it back to the line and let me know that it may happen again as there were no fixtures to keep it in place. Even showed up earlier then expected!

It would be appreciated if you come at the time you say. They only did the outside of the camp because I was not available to let them inside had a drs appointment otherwise I would have been there at 2:00

The service by Brandon was very good. My only complaint is the district office did not let me know if it was going to be a morning or afternoon service time. I did get a memo saying service would be on Wednesday but that did not happen.
