He has advised me on improvements that can be made to increase my home’s defenses against invading critters. I have been very pleased with the service Orkin has provided over the last year. RecommendedI had multiple quotes from companies. Orkin come in the cheapest and actually had a technician in my area. The tech came and was more thorough than one from another company, looked in more places, moved things around and found much more. The services promised were more than other companies at a much lower price. Our tech has been great, friendly, and more importantly the rat and mice problems have been gone for about 3 weeks now. He just left today after doing a check in and spraying for insects. Well worth the price.

I have not had good service from you people - I’ve called multiple times for you to follow up on my wasp nest - had 2 scheduled appt which you guys didn’t show and never called to apologize for not showing up - I’ve spoken to the manager and he responded by saying someone will call you and schedule another appointment and he never did so I called again and now they have given me another appt for next week / anxious to see if they show as they have taken my money of $314.00 with one visit that lasted 20 minutes and I want tha... read more

I scheduled for today on Saturday by calling the 800 number. I took the day off from work. They were supposed to be here 10-12. No call, so I called at 11:30 am. They aren’t coming and they claim they called. A total lie. Soonest they can come is a week out. No thanks.
We purchased our camp in October and had a wasp problem; we hired Orkin. They were more expensive than their competitors but offered a 1 year warranty. When we reopened the camp in May, the wasps were still there. When we called to act on the warranty, they told us that their “1 Year Warranty” expired Dec 31, a month and a half after their service. RecommendedFriendly experienced representatives arrive every 2 months for a short time (15 min). They spray a little amount of human and pet friendly poison around sills and water sources. Ants eat it and bring it back to the nest to kill the nest. $100/month seems excessive.
