An absolute rip-off and completely unethical company. We were customers for over 5 years. Paying monthly for pest control and we also hired them to do our insulation. A few years go by and all seems well until we begin some renovations on our house. Our contractor found that our house was FULL of mice. They were literally everywhere and falling out of the walls. Absolutely horrifying customer service. Either a no call/email no show or they pop up in your driveway unannounced with no appointment. Then, if that isn’t enough.. they apparently are out of supplies to trap/exterminate critters, leaving it up to you to buy traps etc. 😩 oh yes, and expect to discard the critters that are dead by yourself because they only come out every other month.. if you’re lucky
They came Left no paperwork as to what they did no paper information or receipt or directions not worth that kind of money! No communication !
Not once yet have I been satisfied with the ability of orkin to provide sufficient notice of scheduled visit, or notification when they’re unable to make it during the scheduled time, or a call ahead like I’ve requested every single time. In fact all THREE of these failures happened in this past week. Will not continue with services.
