Get directionsUnfortunately had one no show, without a call until we followed up. Then again today another no show until we called to ask. Poor lack of communication with us as customers, and unfortunately not the greatest experience when trying to get services rescheduled due to the no shows. Have felt like we spent money for services and not sure we got anything out of it. Very disappointing.

It’s a pandemic. I would think you’d institute some basic safety measures. I have a contract, you only spray outside in the winter, there’s no need for your employee to have rung my doorbell. When I opened a window 6 foot plus away to speak to him he approached the window! I’m immune-compromised and have isolated myself only to have been exposed to your employee, unbelievable!

We have had a horrible experience dealing with Orkin in Portland, Maine. After bat removal in a new home I purchased, I never heard from anyone about scheduling a recheck and needed to call myself to request it, then was told by manager (Gary) that he would call me back to schedule a time - and he never called me back. Came to treat for carpet beetles. Decided it wasn’t carpet beetles and couldn’t determine what it was. Charged for a service call even though no service was made. ????
