Called Orkin as I had something either in my garage or under the hood of my vehicle but had no idea what it could be. The technician that came out knew exactly what the animal was and gave me information on the habits of marmots. He checked through my garage and vehicle to ensure the marmot had moved on. It was all that could be done. It was good to get the information. Thanks.
Once I called the local technicians came right away and set up the necessary traps. They were very knowledgeable about my pest problem and very easy to deal with. Got the pest and would definitely call them again if required.

Gustavo was courteous and informative. He was even able to come earlier than expected which was awesome. He found the probable entry point and blocked it fairly quickly and has set traps in case any rats remain.
