Your minimum price is horrendous! 325 for 15 minutes work and 10,00 dollars worth of commercial chemicals, I just had Olson’s at our house in Mission, paid them 125. For the same job on a 2200 sq ft house. You gentlemen was kind he was doing the neighbours than I ask him to do our home ten ft away move his truck to my driveway. Did the job and left total time, 21 minutes with moving truck and spraying. Job well done price !

RecommendedThe gentleman that showed up was very polite but here’s my problem. This property has a crawl space and has exterior openings into the crawl space. He didn’t have any tools to remove the grating and his sprayer only had a 2 foot reach. It would have been nice if you would have told us to either remove them prior or at least told us that us that your service was going to be limited to two feet from any access.
