We attempted to complete the heloc process with this credit Union. Provided document after document. Checked in on the status several times after we were approved to make sure set for closing only to be asked for a list of items all over again. Most of which were already submitted. Then we find out they needed to pull credit a second time because it expired. It had only been 6 weeks, not sure how credit check expires so soon and why we weren't told of any deadlines and the need to do it twice ahead of time. Communication st... read more

We went to get a secured loan and now they are telling us that we used the money. We have asked for documents but no paperwork. Kiva is here name I think and she lies lies lies avoid doing business at all costs
