Great Customer Service When I first got to vw, i wasn’t sure if i was there to buy or not, just sort of just browsing. But when i got with Fernando, he explained everything in such detail on which and what type of car could and would work best for me, based on comfortable payments that’s could be in my range.. i really felt valued as a customer, like all my needs were being attended to! And Fernando definitely accomplished that, I LOVE MY NEW JETTA
New car! I came in to just take a look around and really wasn’t looking to buy. I was greeted by Brett gold who was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had. Needless to say I left that day with a brand new car and a lower payment then I anticipated! I will definitely be telling all my friends about your dealership.
Skeptic turned fan I was looking for a new vehicle within my budget. I hadn't seriously considered a VW but figured I would evaluate my options. I contacted Shawn who asked me about my criteria and was able to show me a few options to consider. I told him I'd think about it. He followed up without being pushy and was informative.
