Decent The dealership was clean and friendly. Not too sure how I felt about my sales person. I’m a bit older and I understand sales are important but being rushed is not acceptable.
Couldn't have been smoother. I was in the process of looking to buy a new car, for the first time ever. Always had used cars given to me by my parents and was very nervous going out on my own to buy a car. I went into David Maus Volkswagen and was greeted by sales person Brett Gold. We did a couple test drives, had a couple laughs and in no time I was out the door with my new car with lower payments that I anticipated going in. Awesome! Matt and David Maus has been amazing! The finding, test driving and purchasing of our new Tiguan was above all expectations! Matt was very respectful, friendly and full of great information! Everyone else that we’ve dealt with has also been so pleasant! A++ experience very recommended!
