They went above and beyond to make sure that I was pleased with my service
Customer service and keeping me informed also expected completion time was accurate.
I really like my service coordinator, Mark. He is honest and easy to work with. I have an ID4 so I dont need service very often but he always remembers me and helps me thru the electric car questions.
Carlos was great and attentive.
The service department of Orlando VW North are the best. Particularly Mike Kapsak and Mark Aguire are so nice and helpful - I don't think I could find any place more honest and reliable!
