2015 Volkswagen Jetta Sport Lease I started my first lease, I had always purchased used cars and was tired of being screwed over by my previous dealership. When I got here Matt greeted me and he did a great job explaining the features and helping me find the right car. I was hesitant to lease a vehicle but Matt helped me weigh out my options and I thought that leasing was my best option. I will be recommending Matt to anyone I know looking for a Volkswagen or any used vehicle since they seemed to have all makes and models.
A Great Experience Last Saturday I stopped by David Maus Volkswagen North on Lee Road to look at their new and used Volkswagen Beetles. I knew I needed to get another car because the 2002 Saturn I had been driving was in need of repairs that 3 mechanics had urged me not to get involved with. Give us your money The service staff were simply trying to sell work. I told them I had a warranty and they said no. I went to another dealership they fixed all under warranty.

con men put us into a 4 year lease just to earn money,never even mentioned there was a 3 year option,the car will cost us 41,000 at the end of the term,they do not care.the car has sat on our drive for 6 months not being used ,we have owned it over 2 years ,there will be no way out for at least another year.had they told us about 3 year we could have already broken even and been out of it.like I said they will do anything for a buck.they don't care.
dont trust them I have purchased here before but never again ,im so angry that they can get away with what they did,.the beetle we purchased will end up at $41,000,we have paid for 2 years and still owe $25000

Poor service The quality of the repairs is very poor. Check engine light and epc light on. I had to wait 3 hours to get the car fixed. In less than 12 hours the car had the same problem again. No rental car was offered and the car was under the certified guarantee and extended guarantee.
Not impressed Went there to buy a car. Test drove the car and was ready to buy only to find that they were already selling it to someone else. Not very happy.
