They fixed my windshield wipers, but I just noticed that my doors will not lock. The locking mechanism was working when I brought it in, but now it does nothing. The unlocking button works on both the key fob and inside the car, but it will not lock. $1,650.00 later, yet another problem with this car.
Not pleased with dealership. Treated poorly, and wait time was 3+ hours.
Horrible dealer. called to make appt for oil change and wheel alignment was told it was only going to take 30 mins for oil change 1 hour for wheels. Was also told by receptionist that the car was no longer under warranty and the book and papers i got when i bought the car were incorrect and the 2014 are only covered until 20000. when i showed up and told Brian this he laughed and said the only change a lone will take an hour. it ended up taking 2.5 hours.
