Tom did an excellent job last time when I stop by for my service. I can feel my car became new again for the maintenance they did . thanks for going far and beyond to satisfied my concern , keep it up the great work and thanks as well to Sandra the cashier she did the good job as well .

I got the vehicle I wanted from Orlando VW South. It took 3 trips; I didn't give up; they didn't give up. And we finally closed the deal :) I am lucky to get the right sales agent "Ivan". I gave that guy the 5-star on my first visit even if we didn't have a deal that day. Ivan is a great person; he acts with truth and honesty; no pressure whatsoever. The gentleman that checked me in was not very nice I had asked him to forward my info to another attendant to check me in. He did not make me feel welcome he did not tell me where the break area was anything it seemed like he did not want to deal with me
