Great Service, washing the Car was so so, not expecting detailed but carpets were not vacuumed or if they were boy it was done in .02 seconds.

My service provider was Tom Kaucic. I felt so taken care of and supported by him while trying to fix a problem I had with my car. Being a young girl getting my car repaired I was worried I wouldn't know answers to questions they asked or that I would be paying for more than what was needed. Tom was kind and thoughtful to break down everything that was going on with my vehicle and explained the pricing as well. I was confident getting my vehicle repaired with his help. Highly recommend!

Since it had been a few years since anyone but my husband has worked on my vehicle, I wanted to take in to see how it was and what work I should get done in the future. Tom was my Service Advisor and he was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure I was up to speed on of everything that they would do and kept me in the loop as they identified items to be aware of. Great service and professional throughout the entire experience. My service rep Justin was awesome and kept me up to date on all aspects of the process as my car was being fixed. This is the only place I will get my VW serviced because of how good he and the rest of the staff there are. I would highly recommend them.
