I love this vw south they are like family I bought my vw bug here and I always come back for the great service and for the security that my bug is being take care the right way with the right vw parts with the vw specialist. I am forever great full to be part of something this big the VW family and the wonderful people that work there and are so knowledgeable and caring and way they treat everyone and there vehicles I can not wait to go to the new VW dealer by the Florida Mall and see everyone
This dealership continues to provide excellent service, as it has done for all my VWs over the last 28 years.

The only disappointment was the wait we had to have the car repaired due to parts being on back order other wise everything else was great service.

Booked a service appointment for my car, the process was easy and I found several available spots that worked for me. On the day of the service, the car was taken promptly, the recommended service was explained and the price was acceptable. Service was completed rather quickly and was out with no issues.

The shop was extremely busy and had to troubleshoot my repair, so I had to leave my car for one week. But the service department provided a loaner car which helped my experience.
