While I was waiting I meet a sales person Bobby and he was great he talked with me about getting a new ID4 about going green told me jokes and helped pass the time . Rob I think was his named also came by from time to time to say hi I would recommend to buy and service a car there .

Overall good experience I wish Volkswagen would take preventative care maintenance of the sunroof drains more seriously, but other than that everything was completed as promised
40k service scheduled and an alignment this time. Waited in the lounge for the job to be completed. Everything done this time as planned. Thank you.
