Mike Lombardi was great. He explained very well and kept me in the loop throughout the process, I definitely appreciate great customer service.
Great experience after some initial confusion. Sales team took care of me as there seemed to be a missing piece of documentation in the computer.
Reception area/check-in was flawless. Actual oil change/tire rotation (with a scheduled appointment) took over 90 minutes. That's a tad long for those items in my opinion.
The service was perfect and they called me on the same day to tell me what will be the cost of my issue and they fixed it right away

Pretty good service and excelent customer service
I went in for an oil change. The service was completed in a timely manner and the price was fair.
I was given a reason for my check engine light, with the fix and cost. I approved the work. The next day, they called back to talk us out of doing the work stating other items might be wrong. I am not sure what changed in less than 24 hours but it was off putting, especially since I have completed all my previous work at the shop. I took the car elsewhere and had it repaired- for less than their quote.
