I cannot give Dr. Ferrell and his staff enough praise . I flew in from Kansas City and was so nervous. My hesitation was quickly put to ease by a level of care I've never experienced before. Dr. Ferrell, his hardworking staff , anesthesiologist all greeted me before and after my shoulder surgery. I would also like to thank Bethani for making this journey so stress free .
