We had our two dogs there over thanksgiving vacation. My now sick English Bulldog is having a real bad cough and a very stuffy nose. I think it's time they closed down for a few days and had the place scrubbed from top to bottom. We spend hundreds of dollars for our dogs to be boarded and they come home sick. I wonder if I tell them that if they will look at the dogs for free now. Lmao yeah right.
Has anyone had a problem with dog flu from this place? We recently had our dogs boarded and they were vaccinated by this hospital. We were on vacation when we returned we come to find out both our dogs had the flu! One was not as severe as the other, it has been a week now and our pup who is just over a year is coughing and throwing up constantly still! I would never return!!! PLEASE READ Before taking your pet here!!! We took our dog here as she was refusing to eat and it had been a week. After $$$ testing the results were inconclusive. We were told she needed a teeth cleaning but were very surprised as she had just had a cleaning 6 months prior at our previous vet. When we got her back we were told she had 10 teeth extracted (a few due to infection but others mostly due to crowding). Been going there for 6 years now with our dog and recently things have been going down hill at that place. 20 minute wait to drop off dog and 20 minutes to pick him up for a groom. With no calls to tell me dog was done. You figure 3 hours of having him he'd be done. Called to see if he was ready and he was went there to pick him up waited cause he wasn't done. I was shocked to learn Clinic Manager Julie Hoover was no longer with OAH! Julie was one of the main reasons I have been going to Oswego Animal Hospital with my 20 year old cat! My sister also uses them through my referral for her 2 dogs.
