I am a new patient and upon entry I was greeted immediately by the staff, and then given a tour of the facility explaining what was where, policies, protocol and such. I have never had such an informative initiation at an other business before. It was VERY enlightening. My exam was also very informative as every step was explained beforehand. I felt very comfortable with the entire procedure...
