From the friendly outstanding customer focused service at the front desk, to the hygentist and Dr. Otteson, each person is at their top performing level with the patient at top of mind. I have always had terrible experiences with dentists, but since the first time I called Dr. Otteson's office I have had nothing but great experiences. They have always been very helpful and friendly, and understanding that I had severe anxiety about going to the dentist. I have had cleanings and fillings done and they have been great about it all!
