I am a realtor so I do think my opinion counts for a little more based on the number of new homes I have sold over the years. I have worked with builders that are very high end to builders that are very low end but there are almost always issues along the way regardless of the level. Not this time. We purchased a spec home in The Trails of Bear Creek about 1 year ago and love it. We have had not big issues, and anything small that has come up was quickly addressed by the warranty department. Seth and Hope Sherrod were a pleasure to deal with through our purchase!
