Went yesterday to make sure they had helmets to look at and try on. Went in with a list the next day of stuff I needed, now today oh we don’t have those. After leaving work early the day before just to check and make sure they had some. Had relationship with Blue Springs for a long time ( 5 new Bikes) . I will not be returning to “outlaw”.
Regardless of your feelings behind Coronavirus, I find it absurd that this dealership has decided to reopen sales at this time. Received an email today from Jerry Lynch that sales were being reopened. There are a lot of people in the car sales industry still closed in Missouri and out of work. I dont think it is correct for Outlaw HD to reopen sales at this time. RecommendedHey anyone looking for a new or used Harley go on out to Blue Springs and talk to the guys there. They know how to treat people . I went out to look for a used street glide and went home with a new one cheaper than the used one I went to see. They got the payments right and I felt great about it when I left.
