Over priced. If you call Topeka Harley Davidson they have all their new bikes for 5000$ less and their customer service is 💯 times better. The manager and sales men lied to me to get down to the paper work and when we got to the price of the bike it jumped 6,000$. This not only happened once but they called me back about a month later and said they wanted to make it up to me and make things right. When I showed up the second time the prices jumped 5,000$. This place is a joke , if you bought here ... You paid too much ..... they offered me $5000 less on my trade in then two other dealerships....and they have inflated prices to start with ..... do your your homework before you buy from these people ..... very dishonest staff .... I will not go back and will try and convince others to shop around before going there .

I just left there with one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in a dealership. I’m visiting from out of town (state) and have family here in Blue Springs, while talking with family members about my interests in a Harley Davidson in the future, they told me about the local dealership and thought it would be a good idea to go and check it out. If I could give less than 1 Star I would. Couldn’t get it through there heads I have a bank that does my financing and then you couldn’t give me a price. Then tells me that you would have to run the numbers to give me any prices. How can you not know the price to tell a customer. So my brother is in town on leave and wanted to go up there and I told him no but we went anyway just for you to do the same with him. The 2 sales men that we delt with were passed pushy. One star this week but usually, recently a 4 star, I have to give my 5's to worth Northland. I made a purchase in the motor clothes dept. The clerk was Tarina? I refer to her as terrorist T. Got into a "discussion" of all things about decals. All I wanted was a decal, a simple decal without being schooled according to terrorist T about decals NOT having, in her words, "sticky" on the back. I bought a brand new 2016 Road Glide Special in July of 2016. It started making a whistling noise from front fairing area after about the 500 mile mark. After many attempts including a new outer fairing, whistling noise still there around 58-60 mph. Harley tech says he can’t hear it as well as other people from the dealership, yet I have 5 people, Harley riders, that have as well as videos. Stu, new manager, was no help. So my wife and I were on vacation, visiting one of our kids in Wyoming. On our way back to Tennessee from Wyoming , we stopped at Outlaw HD in Blue Springs Missouri just to buy a couple t shirts. One thing led to another and now I'm anxiously awaiting the delivery of my 2017 Road Glide Special! C'mon AJ, when's that gonna be? 😎
