Pattie Edgerton and her team were absolutely amazing!! I can't say enough.... They made the whole process of purchasing my home seamlessly easy. Pattie was supportive, honest and forthcoming, efficient, and available to me 7 days a week via phone, text, and email. I would recommend Pattie and her team 100%.
It felt like I had a personal assistant throughout the loan process. In addition, the my call and questions always being answered; I was walked through the entire process step by step with each one laid out with what paperwork was required and I just seemed to float through without any real hiccups or snares. Made the entire loan phase super easy.
