We recently had the opportunity to work with Ms Perez and had a wonderful experience. She is extremely knowledgeable, straightforward and very organized. Our new home financing went thru without any problems in a minimal amount of time. She responded quickly to our calls and e-mails with kindness and professionalism.

Working with Kim was so simple! Everything was taken care of and easy to follow. If there was something I had a question about her or her time answered my question immediately. That’s everything I could ask for, especially working with her while I was deployed.
