Our experience with Kim and the OVM team was excellent! We are first time home buyers and she along with Eddie Terry made our experience so enjoyable. Excellent customer service 5 stars across the board.
Like many first-time homebuyers, I didn’t completely know what to expect from a purchasing standpoint, despite having been in real estate for a while. Nancy not only answered my questions in a timely manner, she verified the answers were clear and complete with the ever-changing mortgage laws. It’s hard to imagine having had another loan officer behind me when making the largest purchase I’ve ever made. Thank you so much, Nancy!!

I highly recommend John Kersey of OVM financial. He worked very hard to help me with financing my new home. I have a fantastic interest rate and John also recommend an outstanding insurance company. set me up with a great homeowners policy and alerted me to issues I needed to be aware of.
