We worked through all of our pre-approval hiccups slowly but when the loan was submitted it came back approved in 2 days. Ivy and her team worked tirelessly to get us approved. We bought our dream home!

I have such great things to say about Betty! She was able to find us not only a low interest rate, but the lowest herself and my family have not only seen in years but have ever personally had (3.25%). Betty put money back into our pockets (almost $800), and we only spent barely over $600 for the entire process, from start to closing. Betty is an amazing loan officer. No matter how much my husband and I wanted to give up hope she always pushed for us to keep our faith .She stuck by us and anytime we hit an obstacle she helped guide us through.
