Paul was an absolute joy to work with! My fiancé and I were first time home-buyers and he was so helpful every step of the way! My deceased wife was a mortgage officer for BB&T for 20 years. Vanessa was almost a clone of my wife as far as her attention to detail and her professionalism. The service was excellent. The entire process went very smoothly; his assistant answered all of our questions in an extremely timely manner and ensured that everything was ready to go in time for closing. Only cons were that the origination fees are much higher than other lenders and several other admin fees were not disclosed/ originally calculated into closing costs so we ended up bringing much more to closing than we anticipated.
