From the initial meeting through close, Ed was readily available and quick to jump on questions. His team helped considerably in coordinating the review and recording of the various documents needed. Probably the least stressful home buying experience yet and we didn’t use a realtor!

As a first time home buyer the whole process seemed daunting, but Kim helped walk us through each step and was very patient with us. Kim worked closely with our realtor to ensure the home buying process was simple. What i mean by that is the process came in sections; each with specific and simple due outs on our end. Kim ensured we both understood and completed each required task.
