We closed on a house with OVM and our loan officer was Aaron Legum. Despite being our loan officer for one of the largest and most important things in our life we never even spoke to him. Jenna who was great, handled everything for us from questions, to the signing. Everything was done across country so I wish someone went over the contract with us since it was our first time purchasing a home but instead we were rushed to hurry up and sign. Chip and his team at OVM made the mortgage loan process very easy for me. They were very responsive, polite, and answered my thousands of questions thoroughly. One of the main qualities I wanted in a lender was honesty and Chip was very honest, sometimes even overestimating my costs to prepare me for worst case scenario. I requested to move my closing date up twice, and he and his team handled it no sweat. Would use again and will continue to recommend
