There are not enough good words to describe how good Kyle Partin and the group at OVM was to work with. It was FAR more aggravation to buy a car than the mortgage process was with OVM. They absolutely have this down to a science and in the future if we ever buy another home, we will use them. I highly, HIGHLY recommend them!!

John and the team at OVM were fantastic. Very efficient, super quick. We had some last-minute issues that they jumped on and resolved that kept our house purchase on track. Even helped us get a lower rate immediately prior to close.
Charlie gave me a good rate off the bat and had the lowest Mortgage insurance out of everyone I talked to. Then unprompted from me saved me another full point on the loan 2 days before closing! He knows his way around first time home buyer grants and saved me like $300 a month also got me grant money for 2% of my down payment.
Great to work with would ten out of ten recommend to a friend that would be looking to buy properties or would be looking to improve there credit. Thank you joey.
