Jay, walked me and my fiancée (now wife) through the process of qualifying, pre-approval and ensured we knew the things we needed to to purchase the best home for us. He also recommended an endorsement on our homeowner’s insurance that, ironically, we needed 6 days after being in our new-to-us home. He advised that in his experience that underground endorsement is needed on a home. We went through our process smoothly and quickly. He was very proactive and responsive to our questions.
