I was having problem with another Lender Russell came right in and help me close my loan in 30 days he was very knowledgeable and helpful and kept the lines of communication open during the process I would Highly Recommend Him to anyone trying to purchase their new home !!!
John was very helpful and stayed in contact during the long time it took for builder to finish construction. Then when the time came he acted quickly and got us closed in record time just before a holiday. I would recommend John and his team to all my family and friends and use him for any future lending needs.
This was our second home purchase. Chip and Rhonda made this process extremely simple from the the day of application to the closing table. Any questions that we had, were answered in a timely manner. When we needed to be being in contact with either Chip or Rhonda was simple, they were there for us!
