Kim was very professional from start to finish. She and her team did an exemplary job explaining the entire process. I am a first time home buyer so I had a ton of questions. So my wife and I just bought our first house and we had the best experience with John and his team. I've heard a lot of horror stories about the homebuying processs but did not experience any of them with the OVM team! John was super responsive and attentive to us, and told us step by step what to expect. There were no surprises and we didn't have to worry about a single thing! If we ever move again, I will most definitely go back to John and team! Highly recommend.

My wife Jan and I purchased a home in Sanford while living in another state. Chet came highly recommended to handle our mortgage. He and his team made the process very easy for us. Everything was done by e-mail, e-signatures or fax. They had everything they needed before it went to underwriters and it all went very smoothly. We would definitely use Chet and OVM Financial again.
