The buying experience was very easy, simple, our realtor was patient and kind and determined to find a home within budget, if we found a home we liked he made time to take us to see it, so we got to look for ourselves as well and he was totally professional with it, even though we got priced out of 3 different homes, he was still patient with us. Overall buying experience was nice. Nice low intrest rate, no penalties for early payments. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to buy their first home

Beth and OVM staff were vital in helping us each step of the way. They were always available when we needed them every time we reached out. I couldn’t imagine using any else through the process as their availabiliuu try was unmatchable. Beth spent a lot of time crunching numbers to make some us feel comfortable. I even asked her at one point for a detailed report of about 5-6 different financial situations and she sent it within hours. I was never concerned financially with their team helping us.
