I was very pleased with OVM financial mortgage loan process. They were informed, great online portal and electronic signature process. Chip, Rhonda and other team members were helpful and responsive. They made what can be a stressful process, totally low stress!

We had some misconceptions about the First Time Homebuyer program, we ended up having to take my fiancee of the loan and my income wasn't quite enough to buy the house myself outright. OVM helped us navigate my DTI Ratio and we were able to make it work. It was tense for us here because we had put in notice with our rental, so if it fell through, we'd have been homeless. Chip is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the entire process. Every question was followed up with immediately and the closing was seem less. I highly recommend and will be returning in the future!
He and his team were very quick and extremely responsive. Based on circumstances outside our control we had to switch lenders at the last minute. As a result, we were under a strict deadline to meet, and they were up to the task. They turned our loan around in less than 2 weeks. I was very impressed and would likely use them again, if the situation presents itself again.
Melissa was fabulous. I hesitated to refinance because I don’t have a lot of time. Melissa made the whole process easy. I am self employed so there was some additional paperwork and verification. Melissa guided us through all the requirements and provided assistance with gathering necessary documentation. I would definitely recommend Melissa if you need to finance or refinance your property.
Cant say enough about how well Tanja took care of my wife and I with the purchase of a home that was at 1st over our budget. With her guidance, she helped get my credit score high enough for us to purchase a 5500 sq. foot home off the Elizabeth River!!!
