I feel Jared and his team went from "Do you want to purchase under these terms?" To "Let's do this!" to "Here is what you need to finalize the process." That was it. Three stages of items were needed from me, the rest was his team and they did a fantastic job with communication throughout the whole process. I never sent an email that went unanswered. Great service from start to finish!
Allowed herself to be available during and after work hours. I would recommend her to someone. She always called or texted me if she need me to do anything so i could stay on track to close on time.
Good team, wish would have explored more options to assist with closing cost. But overall a decent experience. They made themselves available to answer questions.
Kim and her team were fantastic! They had an open line of communication. I could call on them anytime I had a question or didn't understand something.
Kyle was excellent. He returned calls within minutes, even on weekends and when on vacation. He guided us through every turn, made recommendations regarding current finances to strengthen our position, checked all paperwork for correctness before sending loan to underwriting. He is thorough, professional, and a very nice guy.
