We had one heck of a time bidding on a house due to the market now but the the realtor and Kim Evers group made it a smooth process. We are greatly appreciative of everything they did for us to make it a seamless process !!!
James Oaks is great! He kept frequent contact and answered any questions we had about the whole home buying process. Also had a lot of great advice about things pertaining to home buying and even gave us a few numbers to local insurance agents to help us get the best rates for insurance. I even had the pleasure of working with his brother Micheal Oaks and he is just as nice and helpful. Thanks to you both!

I had an exceptional time working with John and his team. They helped me with a loan and pushed it to closure in a quick and timely fashion. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a Loan Officer to work with.

It wouldn’t be possible to be where I am if it wasn’t for Kim and her staff. They all are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a stressful time with all that need needed to be done in such a short time, but they had it all covered and was there for all questions I had.
Second time using OVM for a loan and first time working with Nancy. She was extremely responsive, even as late as 8-9PM, going above and beyond the expected to make sure that the loan was correct and on time. The cashout refi was at a lower rate and higher dollar amount than expected, completely blowing away my expectations based on competitors pre-qualifications. I highly recommend both the company and Nancy specifically.
