We highly recommend Steve Holland, OVM Financial, for your next loan. Steve went the extra mile and provided excellent service for our mortgage loan. He was available after hours/on weekends, answered our questions and explained everything in a way we could understand, and just made the entire process so much easier. Tom fortune and his team was in perfect sync with us the whole time whenever a document was needed or paperwork needed a signature, we was contacted right away to make sure that everything was turned in on time which I can only imagine the difficulty of their line of work but to close on three properties at one time Tom and his team knock it out the park great job guys.
