She provided step by step instructions, guidance and advice throughout the entire process. She was easy to get a hold of, always answered all of my questions and very knowledgeable. Though we bought from out of state she made the transaction super simple. Though we closed last week she is still assisting us with personal last minute documentation that will aid our transition to a new state. Loved working with her.

Going through the mortgage lending process is always a bit mysterious because you can't see what's going on behind the curtain. John Kersey and the OVM team went above and beyond to keep me informed about the process and assured me things were going as expected.
Always helpful and answered all of my questions and continues to help even though we have. He was awesome at any time day or night. And for first time buyers we had alot of questions.
