Avonta was so incredibly helpful in refinancing my house, and is currently helping me get pre-approved for a mortgage with the VA Loan. She was fantastic. She always answered all our questions. I like that she is bilingual, English is not our first Language so we were worried of get into a mortgage without knowing all the details of Va loan.
We have just closed on our 4th loan with Pattie. There were some underwriter difficulties and Covid problems with this loan since we are independent entrepreneurs. We are absolutely positive that no one but Pattie could have done this loan as efficiently and quickly. If you have a tough loan, use Pattie and OVM and if you have an easy loan, use her as well. 😀.
