OVM Financial's Betty Tharpe is absolutely amazing! She has made my family's dream of living in paradise a reality. Betty was there every step of the way to reassure our family that our home was going to close at the time requested and for a rate lower than we expected. The entire process was quick and pain-free. First time home-buyer and I learned a lot! From the very start, they were just one call or email away and this put my mind at ease. Their team was extremely patient and answered any questions that I had expeditiously. If I could go any higher than five stars, I would. They earned it!

This was our second time going through the home buying process and Nevin Bunnell was the best loan officer we've ever worked with. If you want someone who is professional, motivated, and extremely knowledgeable, he is THE person to go too. In the beginning, we were attempting to receive other quotes for a loan and thus ended up reaching out to other loan officers in a different company. René is very knowledgable and professional, more importantly she "gets it." She was always available to answer our questions and did not seem bothered that we kept asking the same ones. She is so sweet and dedicated to doing right by her customers that when a broker asked her to do something unethical like disclosing our financial details to unauthorized parties and placing wording into a preapproval that we would take on 2 mortgages which we did not approve she stood firm and did the right thing. This was my first time working with Betty. I was amazed on how easy and painless the process was. Betty and her team were incredible and the communication was flawless. She guided us through every step of our VA loan process, she had the answer to every question, and again, the communication was perfect.
