John was very patient with me as I was in the process of obtaining the information he requested. Just when I thought I gave him everything he asked, then he would e-mail me again saying the Underwriter needed more info. Ernie and Edie did a phenomenal job handling my refinance. I have high expectations and they exceeded them. I only had to relay my information once.
