Robert Temple led my family to be homeless and I will never try to buy a house again without a lawyer after this. Beware when working with this company and their brokers. Huge life lesson learned and will never work with this company again.
Ryan and his team have been great to work with throughout our home buying process. With a difficult market Ryan was always quick to respond and answer any questions we had. Once we went under contract on our home his team was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. We are thankful to have been referred to OVM and would encourage anyone looking for a lender reach out as well.
The worst experience ever dealing with OVM. If you can steer clear from them, do so. There are better Lenders out there with better rates than what they offer. So the original lender that I was paired with at OVM switched companies so I was passed off to worked with Brandon Blalock and his team (Katie Hunter and Allison Munden). Josh Hartman with OVM exceeded every expectation we had! He was always transparent, reliable, and responsive. I am so happy with my experience that I have referred several family members to him. I will be using OVM again if/when I purchase another home.
Had to leave at least 1 star to write a review. Using OVM with us helping my in law's because we were forced to by a builder has been horrible. We have a signed ratified contract 4 days ago and we still are NOT locked in on a rate and for 2 days now have been told we'd see the disclosures, etc and still nothing. Never in my life buying/selling homes have I experienced this so would tread lightly here!!! I have others I would recommend over OVM so let me know if you experience the same issues
