I've been coming to OVME pretty much since it opened in melody farm. I really enjoy coming in for my monthly facial and occasional injections. Alicia is a great esthetician and knows how to guide you when it comes to your skin needs. She is also super nice! Tamara is also super knowledgeable about what will work best for you and is very conservative when it comes to injections so that you walk away with a natural look. What an AMAZING staff! Everyone was so incredibly nice from the moment I made the appointment over the phone, to the experience in the spa. It was my Mom's Birthday and the ladies helped me set up a surprise for my Mom and it made her day extra special. Vanessa was so kind and patient with my Mom as she was so nervous about the IV for the Hydration Therapy. But Vanessa did excellent! Love going here the ladies that I saw were esthetician Alisha & Nurse Injector Tamara! They were great, very knowledgeable & professional. Everything in this place is the latest and greatest you can find. You can't go wrong!
This was my very first time getting Botox and I am so happy I did it at Ovme with Vanesa!! She is a true professional that knows exactly what she's doing. She explained the whole process and patiently answered all my questions. She explained each step as she was doing it and calmed all my anxiety. I felt so comfortable having her as my injector. My forehead is no longer wrinkling up and I am so happy with the results!! I am now a Botox fan and will come back to Vanesa for all my future needs.
I've had 2 deluxe hydra facials done here so far w/ Dana and love how clean my face looks/feels after. All the girls are super sweet there and make you feel so comfortable, not to mention they have such fun shoes as part of their uniforms. I'm excited to schedule my chemical peel next which is complementary w/ their Elite membership. Book your appointments, you won't be disappointed.
The front desk staff is unfailingly friendly, organized, and polite. The space is clean. The staff are highly educated and knowledgeable. Vanesa and Dana, the two women who treat me, are especially wonderful. They are excellent communicators who take the time to listen to me so that they can make the best recommendations. If you're thinking about doing something for yourself that you've always wanted to do I definitely think this is the place for you.
I fell in love with OVME as soon as I walked through the doors. The atmosphere is unmatched from any other spa I've been to! Dana, my esthetician, was an absolute gem. She made me feel so comfortable before, during and after my micro needle session. She helped me develop a plan to get my skin ready for my wedding in November. I can't wait until my next appointment with her!
OVME is clean, modern and almost futuristic, from the green moss accent wall and sliding room doors, all the way down to the staff's attire. OVME is a great addition to Mellody Farms with intelligible staff and plenty of offerings for those who want less invasive facials and chemical peels to those of us who enjoy when our entire face is frozen. Customer service skills are very low. What makes this location unique is the level of rudenessThey will look at you disrespectful and continues to not help the guest with service dates. There are so many different options to get these kind of services. I get it that they just opened up but if you keep acting like this. You won't last long. After completing my services with them.
