Customer service skills are very low. What makes this location unique is the level of rudenessThey will look at you disrespectful and continues to not help the guest with service dates. There are so many different options to get these kind of services. I get it that they just opened up but if you keep acting like this. You won't last long. After completing my services with them. I had a great basic facial (a gift from my husband). I scheduled some Botox. Being a seasoned in this area of self-care, I know exactly how much Botox I want and were to put it. However, the person I was given felt compelled to analyze my face, while lecturing me on good skin care . Then stated I needed 59 units as opposed to my 40 units. Nice sales pitch. I was so disappointed in the signature facial I felt it was necessary to share my disappointment. I went into Ovme for the signature facial and was excited for the treatment as it was described online as a refreshing and relaxing experience. I felt the service was rushed from the moment I checked in to finish. My aesthetician informed me that the signature facial is a "quick facial without a massage." Where I expressed that my worries lied within my forehead wrinkle lines. I also told her my very high level of anxiety getting Botox for the first time. Although I'm sure she is very talented at her job she wrote me a prescription for somewhere around 40 units.
