I had a very poor experience with your sales process. The salesperson arrived late for our appointment and proceeded to speak negatively about their colleagues and the company's owner. This unprofessional behavior has led me to decide to take my money elsewhere.
Ive been in contact with the service manager even the service manager even my rep who came to my house Ive canceled my project 4 days after they took 2300 from me and they wanted to charge me 15% which I said ok this was feb 28 2024 its now July and no refund not even returning my phone calls or emails stay away absolutely crooks!!!
RUN away from this company. Salesman lied. We asked if the flooring is slippery as we were looking to have the pool deck done. We were assured by the salesman that it would not be slippery and they put something in the top coat that gives it grit. After paying the first installment to get the job started the installers showed up and had me sign a paper saying that the flooring can be slippery. The sales person informed me that the driveway could hold a tractor trailer. After one month the driveway began to crack. Every timeI called for service they said someone or the other managers was sick. This has been going on for about three months, finally, I received a call that they would repair the driveway on January 24th **** and would be at my home from 12noon to 1pm. I am very disappointed in Ox floors as I had a appointment today to redo my pool patio deck for the third time and they did not show up as I spent all day yesterday removing all the furniture and plants and was unable to talk to a manager or owner and have to wait another month. Very unprofessional.

Homeownercalled in and was highly upset because we moved him off of the service calendar because we called to confirm his appointment and he never called us back. He is yelling and screaming and using profanity. We tried to calm him down and help him but he continued to **** even after we asked him not to speak to us that way. Hired ox over 2 other companies , ox was more expensive but said they had best product and process, floors has Areas with thin coverages and missing coatings in spots , called their company 2 times and no one returns calls !!No one ever followed up after installation either ! Poor business Practices! It was over $6000k job and they dont care it appears !
