Staff is friendly and the room was well appointed. However, to get into the restaurant and pub, you have to stand in line and go though security. No ID, no entrance. That was okay because I was happy to just do room service, but there is no room service!

Overnight get away The room was GORGEOUS! Extremely clean and so comfortable. The staff was amazing and helped us with early check in as we were there for a wedding. Only thing we found surprising in such a gorgeous hotel room was there was no microwave to be found.
