THE HOTEL WAS OK. BUT COULD BE BETTER
Everything was great.
Checked in fine. Only one elevator was functioning. No problem. Got stuff to rooms on 4th floor. Went to work a job and returned around 2:00 am and both elevators were out of service. After a 10 hour drive and then a 6 hour job, climbing 4 flights of stairs was a bit rough for the three of us. Fortunately they were able to bring down our baggage and coolers down the service elevator at 6:30 am.
I did enjoy my stay. However, I do feel there are some things that were missing. I have to have a microwave in the room to heat up my rice bag. It is a well-ness thing for me. Not having the rice bag doesn't make my stay very comfortable. An alternative is to take a bath before going to bed. However, that was not an option as there is no tub in the room. This may not be big things, but it is for me. As I have pain from a serious automobile accident. Sleeping with the rice bag eases my pain or a bath would too. I enjoyed your... read more
All the staff from the front desk to guest services, restaurant staff and bar staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time at a casino and everyone was happy to help us learn the ropes.
Reasonably priced hotel, good condition.
